First time at Classic City Orthodotics. We had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly, professional, and explained the process thoroughly to both parent and child. They were good at making what could have been "scary" process a little easier! Dr. Harter started with Dr. Morang who did my braces 30 years ago and they still extended a family referral discount for my son!!! WOW!

I always have a happy experience when I come for appointments. I even got help when I didn't have an appointment, because he cared a whole lot about making sure I was okay.

Dr. Harter and his staff are wonderful. From the front desk, to hygenist/tech, to Dr. Harter himself, they always have a friendly smile, making my daughter feeling welcome and comfortable at her appointments. My daughter always says Dr. Harter makes her laugh and has always come out smiling. I also appreciate how thorough the hygenist/tech is at explaining what occurred at the appointment and what is to be expected.

I love all of them!!! There always sooooo nice and friendly. My whole family got braces done here and not 1 SINGLE problem ever happened. I would recommend them to anyone! If you need braces, you need Dr. Tradd Harter!! :)
